Ms. Jung practices in the field of Intellectual Property Law with a special emphasis in trademark and copyright law transactions, filings, pre-litigation and litigation.

Trademark Filings and Worldwide Portfolio Management: Ms. Jung not only helps clients protect and enforce their trademarks in the United States, but also manages worldwide trademark portfolios through a network of foreign agents with whom she works on a daily basis, and has represented clients with portfolios ranging from a dozen to hundreds.

Pre-Litigation Settlement and Litigation: Ms. Jung has assisted a large number of clients in pre-litigation matters by helping them successfully settle disputes and avoid costly litigation.

Ms. Jung has also represented her clients before the Federal district courts in a great range of Intellectual Property matters including copyright termination, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade dress infringement, trade secrets theft, false patent markings, and false advertising.

Ms. Jung has further represented her clients’ interests before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings.

Finally, Ms. Jung has helped clients regain ownership of their domain names by enforcing their trademark rights under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP).

French and Canadian Community Involvement: During Law school in France, Ms. Jung participated to the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria and the French Commercial Arbitration Moot in Montpellier, France. Ms. Jung is now active in the French and Canadian entrepreneur community of South Florida by giving lectures on the subjects of trademark and copyright law, and by helping French and Canadian entrepreneurs protect their intellectual property rights in the United States.
