biography
David earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, where he graduated in the top 12% of his law school class, and was the recipient of CALI Book Awards for Excellence in Federal Courts and Legal Skills and Values III. During law school, David was a member of the FIU Law Review, Board of Advocates, and served as a member and regional ABA competitor on the FIU Negotiation Team. In addition, during law school, David served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence Schwartz of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Prior to joining CRGO as an Associate, David served as a law clerk in the firm’s Miami office. In 2006, David was also selected to serve as an intern in the Executive Office of the Governor Internship Program in Tallahassee, Florida.
