Ms. Chen’s practice focuses on intellectual property rights with an emphasis on patent prosecution. Ms. Chen has experience in handling patent applications before the Chinese Patent Office, the European Patent Office, and the USPTO. Ms. Chen has represented clients in various technology fields including general mechanical devices and systems, semiconductor devices and processing, printing machines, automobiles, and computing methods and systems. The major clients Ms. Chen has represented include Texas Instruments Inc., Hewlett-Packard Co., 3M, Siemens AG, Infineon Technologies AG, Heidelberg Druckmachinen AG, Daimler AG, and IBM Corporation. Ms. Chen is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English and has a good working knowledge of German.
